Casale Palazzo is made up by two big apartments, each of them with an independent entrace: one on first floor “Palazzo Uno” and one on second floor “Palazzo Due” and both apartments share some “Outdoor Services”.
The apartments are furnished in typical Italian country style but they are provided with all necessary comforts: heating with radiators, hot water, internet connection, TV and so on.
"Palazzo uno"
It is made up by a lobby, a dining room with a heater/fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and fireplace, a big outer veranda next to the kitchen, a larder with refrigerator, a writing room with a davenport couch, a bathroom with shower, two double rooms (one bed) with washbasin and bidet and a room with bunk bed (two places) with washbasin and bidet.
One of the double rooms is provided with a baby bed.
"Palazzo due"
It is made up by an entrance with veranda, a big dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, a bathroom with shower, three double rooms (one bed) with washbasin and bidet, a writing room with davenport couch. One of the double rooms is provided with a baby bed.
Outdoor common services
The outdoor common services are at exclusive use of both apartments:
- a large brick cabin with a brick oven also good for pizza, a fireplace equipped for barbecue, a woodshed, a big table, a washbasin and so on
- laundry room with: washing machine, iron and ironing board
- swimming pool 12×6 meters with diving area (2,40 meters deep) and related services ( wc, shower, cabin, games, solarium with loungers and chairs)
- big shady cabin next to the swimming pool with tables and so on
- gazebo with spa (to be booked)
- parking place
- common green areas
